1.Tamglass tempering furnace*1: Tamglass is one of the world's largest safety glass equipment manufacturers. The tempered glass produced by this equipment has a flatness of less than 0.1%, uniform particle size, and a greatly reduced self-explosion rate.
2. Continuous convection tempering furnace*2: Used for tempering flat glass, the flatness and curvature of the produced products are 1‰. This kind of tempered glass is widely used in construction, furniture, automobiles and other fields to provide higher safety and strength. The maximum size of flat toughened glass reaches 3,300*22,000mm.
3. Curved glass tempering furnace*1: It can be used for tempering of curved glass, with a waviness between 0.08-0.1. This kind of tempered glass is often used in curved curtain walls, glass doors, glass ceilings and other places in buildings. It is beautiful and safe. The maximum size of curved tempered glass is 3,400*20,000mm.
4. Flat and curved integrated fireproof glass tempering furnace*1: Used for the production of high borosilicate fireproof tempered glass.
5. Heat soak test furnace *1: Used for secondary heat treatment of tempered glass, namely HST, to reduce the self-explosion rate of tempered glass. The self-explosion rate of homogenized tempered glass is as low as 1‰. Suitable for situations where the self-destruction rate is extremely low.
